Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively sell insurance policies. Duties

  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Maintain accurate sales administration records, including client interactions and policy details.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support for benefits administration, assisting clients with claims and policy changes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients’ best interests.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing sales documentation efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $70,208.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
