We’re looking for an enthusiastic and devoted Insurance Agent to join our busy team. As an Insurance Agent, it will be very important for you to help clients understand their insurance choices and give them solutions that are perfect for them. To get this job, you need to be able to communicate clearly, put the customer first, and deal well. People who can speak more than one language are strongly urged to apply, as they can help us serve a wider range of customers.

What You Need to Do

  • Find out what the client needs and give them the right protection options.
  • Talk to clients in depth about the different insurance goods you offer.
  • Do outside sales tasks to find new business possibilities.
  • Keep correct records of your contacts with customers and the administrative jobs you do for sales.
  • Throughout the policy’s lifecycle, give great customer service.
  • Use marketing strategies to get in touch with possible clients and set up meetings.
  • Help your clients negotiate the terms and conditions of their insurance plans.
  • Keep up with the latest HIPAA rules, laws, and best practices in your field.

Required Skills

  • You should have worked as an insurance salesperson or in a similar job before.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to talk to people clearly.
  • It’s helpful if you know how to handle benefits management.
  • It would be helpful if you had experience with sales management or calling.
  • Being able to bargain well and close sales deals.
  • Being able to speak more than one language is highly desired so that you can help more people.
  • Experience is desirable but not necessary; training will be given; NO degree is needed.

Types of Jobs: Full-time, part-time, and permanent

$35,000.00 to $73,301.00 a year.

You shouldn’t work more than 50 hours a week.
