We give you all the training and tools you need to reach your full potential. At The Parker Group, our commission system is the best in the business, and top sellers can make $2,500 to $3,500 or more per week!

Duty and Responsibilities:

  • Help families find the best plan for their needs by following our lead program and talking to them.
  • You can work your way up to become a manager or even run your own agency—there are no limits to your growth here!
  • Talk to customers and potential customers to make sure they understand our process and services.

  5.  Insurance knowledge is a plus, but not necessary!
