Now that we have over 200 fixed sites in Texas, California, and Florida, our growth has no limits. How you’ll make a difference:

About the job:

  • Status of Employment: Full-Time
  • Base pay per hour plus performance bonuses
  • Company When they’re open: The shift and hours will depend on where you work.
  • Details on training: We pay for training, so you don’t need to have worked in insurance before.
  • Information on licenses: We walk you through the process of getting your insurance license to help you get it. People who want to become agents must either be ready to take and pass the test or already have a license to sell home and car insurance. Getting the agent license within the 60-day trial time is required in order to get the job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sells company goods and services through outlets and resellers in a certain area.
  • Takes on all tasks related to dealer and channel help on behalf of the company.
  • Keeps good relationships with people and makes sure they are completely happy.
  • Assures that cold calls are made to applications that come in from events, that all repeat quotes are made, and that all quotes are followed up on.
  • Every day, all of the local marketing is done.
  • Keeps an eye on daily marketing actions by making and keeping business connections. As needed, go to sales training.
  • Make campaigns for companies to bring in more money and plan events to thank customers.
  • Make sure the firm is clean and has all the marketing materials and office tools it needs.
  • Send reports to MGA and talk to Sales Agency Managers, Pronto MGA/GA, Underwriting Staff, and the Pronto MGA/GA Claims Department clearly.
  • Make sure that all questions about claims are sent to the MGA/GA Claims Department.
  • Make sure that the Picture Report is written on a regular basis and that all the pictures have been entered correctly.
  • Add up the money and check the Daily Deposit Report when your shift is over.
  • Get ready to make deposits every day or every night.
  • Will go to different places as needed.

About you:

Education and Work Experience Not Enough

  • High school education or the same
  • At least one year of experience in sales or customer service
  • A drive to succeed and a desire to make money
  • Great spoken and written communication skills; must be able to type and use a computer to record data; must be able to help customers, give them information, and process their payments quickly and carefully while being nice and upbeat.
  • Preferably someone who speaks both English and Spanish.
