Pay: $72,000 to $100,000 based on plan earnings
- Keep up with changes to insurance industry rules and policies to make sure all policy requirements are met, and keep an eye on insurance claims to make sure everyone is happy.
- Make sure that accounting systems, sales databases, and customer records are kept up to date so that stakeholders can see progress on regular projects.
- Give each customer more special care than ever before when using a variety of proven sales techniques to keep and get more long-term customers.
- Meet with new and possible clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial situation and the stage of life they are in, and then give them insurance plan choices that are best for them.
- Make risk management plans for each customer based on their risk profile and give them to them.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of the insurance business, risk management factors for insurance goods, and state and federal rules that apply
- You need to know how to use computers and be able to use Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree is recommended, but you must have a high school education.
