About the Job

We’re a top insurance company with more than 15 years of experience and are looking for great people to fill Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Player roles in the Greater Phoenix area to help businesses and people. This team is made for high achievers who, like sports, really want to make a difference and win big.

What You Need to Do:

  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Create and keep up local networks to bring in the best Independent Agent candidates and companies. Hold events to give people information and speak for the Agency at job events in the neighborhood.
  • Field Training: Guide Independent Agents through real-life sales contacts, helping them learn our sales processes one-on-one.
  • Leadership Meetings: Run team meetings and webinars, go to training, and help us grow and be successful by contributing to our ongoing development.
  • Production Goals: Use our tried-and-true sales processes to get your team to work harder and meet your growth goals.

Required Skills

Sales Mindset: focused on goals, strong, and flexible.

Experience: You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, and a college degree is preferred. Must have a stable and strong sales background for at least three years; sales leadership experience is desirable.
