WHAT AN INSURANCE AGENTOR DOES IN A DAY I
The Auto Club Group is looking for a Field Insurance Agent I. This person will be in charge of selling and servicing ACG-branded and -brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products in an ACG office.
- Uses sales skills and understanding of the product to find out what each customer wants in order to make new sales, keep current insureds, and increase ACG’s total insurance business.
- Obstructions are effectively handled in order to close the deal and/or keep the covered.
- Makes an effort to meet or beat the goals set by leadership and the sales reward plan.
- Does insurance reviews for clients to find a variety of good products. Assesses risk using the tools given and the relevant insurance standards. Suggests the right goods and coverage, and quotes, binds, and issues policies.
- Takes part in events held by the local office to bring in new business and build and grow business networks.
- Building relationships with customers is a key part of making them happy, loyal, and interested in the AAA brand.
- Takes care of customer questions and requests about financial goods, insurance, and memberships.
- Send members to other relevant business lines, like travel and financial services, as you see fit.
- WHAT WE DO TO REWARD OUR EMPLOYEES
Average yearly income $57,000 to $87,000 or more
Pay Structure: Base pay of $31,200 (not free, can work extra)
No limits on how much you can earn in commissions; higher commission payments (for the first 15 months);
Extra Money Pay
o Extra $200 a week for months 0–2: Extra $150 a week for months 3.– An extra $100 a week for months 5–6
On-Pace Bonus for New Hires
We’re looking for people who meet the following requirements:
Property and casualty insurance sales license that is still valid
Currently hold a life insurance sales license or get one within 90 days of starting work
Must meet the requirements, get, and keep up with all state licenses and meetings needed to sell and/or service Auto Club Group Membership goods.
As needed and within the time range set by the Business Unit, get Health and Accident licensing and visits where needed.
Learning
High school education or the same
Experience at work
1 or more years of experience working with customers in a fast-paced, computerized business setting, like a bank or financial institution
- People who get the job will have strong sales skills and know how to find, track, follow up on, and close leads successfully.

Strong skills for mining -
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Goals, drive, and motivation - Knowledge of desktop computers and software programs like Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent at understanding what customers want and being able to listen to them.
Setting of Work
Works in a branch site that is kept at a certain temperature. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends. May go to events at the neighborhood branch.
