About Us
Health Insurance Alliance (HIA) is looking for a Sales Agent who is very driven to join our team. Our insurance sales company is focused on technology and is growing quickly. Our workers are competitive and want to achieve above all else.

The way we see it, our goal is to give our clients excellent service by making the whole process simple and smooth. We care deeply about our clients and do our best to meet all of their needs. This helps us learn more about who they are and what they want, which lets us give them the best healthcare goods available.

We know that our people are the most important thing we have at HIA. Our top priority is to make sure that everyone in the workforce feels appreciated, accepted, and able to do their job.

Our agents get the best self-generated leads in the business thanks to a creative in-house marketing team that uses cutting edge texting and calling strategies. In our experience, we know how important it is for a sales team to have good leads. A great seller who doesn’t have good leads is like a great singer who doesn’t have an instrument to play. That’s why we’re proud of how good our leads are.
Our in-house marketing team helps us get in touch with the best people. Every week, we spend more than $10,000 on promotion and leads for each person. We have a complex network for sending leads and a strong team of Future Agents (Fronters/Qualifiers) who sort through all of our created data and send our sales team new, warm leads that have already been pre-screened for interest and budget all day. You can be sure that you won’t find better friends anywhere else.
As a Sales Agent, it will be very important for you to help people, especially those aged 65 and up, with their health insurance questions by giving them information and making the application and sales process easier.
You think you have what it takes? Good job! We’re excited to hear from you and have you on the HIA Team.
