We are looking for new, driven people to join our Alaska team. We want people who are excited, driven, and artistic to come help us build our own business. You might be a good fit if you think you have these traits. Aflac sales reps work directly with business owners to help them solve some of the biggest problems small businesses face today while also offering optional perks to their workers.
As a key member of a well-known brand, they help business owners make sure that their workers can get straight cash rewards if they have an approved medical event.

No experience is needed. Everyone from any job background is welcome! Our Aflac Sales Academy is a world-class training tool that’s used for teaching. During the interview process, the hiring manager will talk to us in depth about our pay, which will include commission, leftover commission, bonuses, and stock.
