We have a great job opening for a Commercial Insurance Agent who wants to make as much money as they want.

Your main job in this Sales role is to bring in new business. Our unified Service Center takes care of service after the sale. As an experienced Sales Representative, Brightway will help you succeed by giving you the best sales and lead creation training in the business, as well as support and guidance from the company’s most successful salespeople and paying for your needed licensing tests. To support Brightway Insurance, you will meet new people in the community and build relationships with them.

What you need to do:

  • Using interactive sales methods to sell commercial insurance to people.
  • Finding potential customers by using tried-and-true lead generation methods for new business.
  • helping people who are looking for insurance and people who already have insurance by giving them personalized advice based on their needs.
  • Building and keeping work connections.
  • Take part in different events and reward programs that are meant to boost sales and go above and beyond output goals.
  • Above and beyond sales goals for the amount of good new business quoted and written according to company policy.

Required skills:

  • 6 to 12 months of experience selling commercial insurance is ideal.
  • Diploma from high school
  • Very good written and spoken speaking skills
  • Good at talking in front of people
  • Shown ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Strong people skills are needed to get along with both potential and current customers.
  • To do well in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous workplace, you need to be organized and know how to handle your time well.
  • The ability to think critically in order to fully grasp intricate details of coverage and insurance rules.
  • People who hold this job must get and keep up-to-date state P&C insurance licenses.
