We are a health insurance company with licenses in 45 states. Based on what’s available in their state, we shop the market for our customers and help them choose the plan that best meets their needs.

Now that Open registration is almost here, we need Sales reps. You don’t have to be licensed, but we recommend it. The Licensed Health Agent (Florida 2-40 or 2-15) will be in charge of insurance and will go over the different plans in great detail. They help clients understand the different requirements for being eligible for plans, look at the clients’ situations, and suggest plans that fit those needs. The best way to get a person an insurance plan that fits their means and way of life is to find out what they need.
As an agent, it will be your job to arrange health insurance contracts or ask people to fill out applications.
We teach you the rules, computer systems, and tools, as well as the specific insurance goods we sell and how to sign up for them.
Among their duties are:
– Learning and remembering everything there is to know about the company’s goods and services
– Find new sales chances and go after them by cold calling, networking, and getting recommendations.
– Develop and keep strong ties with current customers to make sure they are happy and buy from you again. – Give sales pitches and show potential customers products. – Regularly meet or beat sales goals.
Must have proven experience in sales, ideally in account management or inside sales; Must have good speaking and people skills; Must be able to speak English and Spanish;
– Proven ability to build and keep client relationships – Comprehensive knowledge of the health insurance sales market and developments
– It’s helpful if you know how to use Salesforce or another CRM program.
– Able to understand complicated ideas and explain them clearly to clients
