Being a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional means you will be at the cutting edge of what Buy Insurance Services has to offer our partners: a powerful answer with a large pool of qualified insurance prospects. You will work directly for our carrier partners to quote and sell insurance to the fast rising number of customers at different auto dealerships, both in person and over the phone. We are currently talking to qualified insurance agents who have experience with personal lines goods and really want to do well. It’s all about timing. Because we are building up our Insurance Sales Division, we want you to apply. This is a full-time work job.

Responsibilities in general:

  • Meet or beat monthly sales goals for policies
  • Set up good business relationships with clients.
  • Find out what pre-qualified insurance shoppers want.
  • Being able to deal with complaints and close the deal over the phone
  • Being able to sell similar insurance goods to other people
  • Record all the necessary information correctly in the business management platform
  • Talk to the management team on a daily basis to talk about your own success and suggest ways to make the system and tools better.

What’s needed:

  • A legal P&C insurance card from the state of California
  • Knowledge of how to sell both car and home insurance deals together
  • Some neighborhood driving is sometimes needed.
  • Being able to work in a busy, fast-paced workplace
  • Being able to read scripts is important because this is a very efficient sales process for a controlled product where following the rules is very important.
  • Excellent conversation skills, both spoken and writing
  • Active, easy to understand, and good at leading the talk
  • Very trustworthy and reliable
