The new member of the team will help quote and sell personal lines products that come in straight from mortgage and real estate experts and other professionals who have referred clients.
This is a fun and fast-paced place to work where you get a base pay plus bonus.
There are no outside sales calls or service work to do in this job.
- Expectations: People who want to apply should know how to work with Florida property insurance companies and have done so before.
Help your clients choose the best insurance plans for their needs.
Give new clients accepted rules and talk about the pros and cons.
Fill out and send in applications, give quotes, keep records on clients, and write reports.
Find possible clients, do research on them, and build connections that will last.
Make insurance plans fit the needs of each client.
Review the policy needs of current clients.
Keep up with the latest best practices and trends in your business and market.
Meet the output goals and targets set by the new business.
Preferably in-office, but mixed is an option
The bare minimum is:
- Graduate of high school with an active 2-20 or 20-44 license
- Dedicated to sales and eager to do well in a sales-driven workplace; 3+ years of experience in insurancesales; Excellent speaking skills
- Well-organized and good at managing time
- Excellent at doing many things at once
- Able to deal with a lot of work quickly and efficiently Tech-savvy
- Driven and motivated to sell and do well
