Job Description:

Are you looking to kickstart a career in the insurance industry? Do you have a

for you! We are currently seeking candidates for our Insurance Broker Trainee

program. This PAID study program offers materials and support to help you prepare

for the state insurance exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, candidates

will be offered job placement within our brokerage firm.

Once an Inside Sales Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling life

insurance policies to clients and helping them make informed decisions about their

financial future. We offer inbound live warm transfer leads provided by the

company, with no cold calling required. You will have the opportunity to earn a base

salary plus commission and other bonuses! Our ideal candidate is someone who will

Responsibilities:

-Participate in our comprehensive training program to learn about insurance

products, regulations, and sales techniques.

-Study diligently using the provided materials to prepare for the state

insurance exam.

-Demonstrate strong dedication and commitment to passing the exam within

the designated timeframe.

-Collaborate with team members and mentors to enhance learning and

development.

-Receive warm leads provided by the company and meet with clients to

determine their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.

-Explain policy details and benefits to clients and help them make informed

decisions.

-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong desire to pursue a career in the insurance industry.

-Ability to self-motivate and work independently, as well as part of a team.

-Willingness to commit to a structured study program and meet exam

deadlines.

-Prior experience in sales/customer service/call center environments is a plus.

-Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Benefits:

$40k base salary plus commission. *(avg. first year agents making $75k/yr)

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
