Biscoe Insurance Group, Inc.-Allstate Insurance is looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent to join our team. We are the biggest single-location Allstate Insurance agency in Texas and have been doing great work for over 20 years.

There are a few things you will have to do as a licensed insurance customer service agent:
- Build Strong Relationships: You can keep customers coming back and keep them loyal to your products by building strong relationships with them.
- Interacting with the client: Have follow-up conversations, answer questions, and give the client the insurance paperwork they need.
- Communication: Make sure you talk to clients regularly and quickly to meet their wants and concerns.
Policy Analysis: Look at policy renewals based on knowledge about the client, their specific needs, and the state of the market.

What You Need

- License: Texas Property and Casualty License is still valid.
- Skills: Able to communicate clearly, pay close attention to details, and work on several things at once.
