The whole job description

We’re looking for a Licensed Insurance Producer who is focused and driven to get things done to join our team. You will help people, families, and businesses find insurance plans that fit their needs as a Licensed Insurance Producer. You’ll have to meet monthly sales goals and give great customer service at the same time.

What You’re Going to Do:

  • Get to know your customers and keep in touch with them to learn about their insurance needs.
  • Get leads for home, car, life, and other types of insurance and close them.
  • Meet your monthly sales goals.
  • Cross-sell and group insurance plans to keep customers happy and keep them as customers.
  • Show your clients different types of security and the features of your product.
  • Quickly and correctly handle quotes, applications, and recommendations.
  • Keep up with new insurance goods, rules, and changes in the business.
  • Take an active role in team meetings and training events to learn more about products and how to sell them.

  • Base pay: $42,000 a year is a competitive base pay.

What’s needed:

  • Must have a current license for property and casualty insurance and/or life and health insurance, or be ready to get one within 90 days.
  • It would be best if you had worked in insurance sales, customer service, or a similar area before.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to talk to others.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and really loves helping people.
  • Being able to do well in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
  • tech-savvy and know how to use sales platforms and CRM tools without any problems.
