As a business, our goal is to give customers a smooth, helpful, and professional shopping experience. We want a fun and driven person to work full-time for our company.
What you need to do:
- Passionate about getting new customers and keeping old ones
- Work with the dealership’s sales and financial team to make sure that customers have insurance and show proof of it.
- Keep the work load of new customer sales and present customer service equal.
- Quick follow-up with underwriters and personal care to make sure plans are filed properly and sent out quickly
- Responsible for meeting staff goals for success
- Knows enough about to understand goods, market trends, and certifications
- Every day, looks over, changes, and handles reports
- Makes a monthly plan and goes over it with the sales director.
It would be helpful if candidates had sales and customer service experience working in an insurance office before.
