About the Job
We want an energetic and driven Insurance Agent to join our team. You will be in charge of helping clients understand their insurance choices and coming up with solutions that are just right for them in this job. The perfect candidate will be good at sales, have great customer service skills, and want to build long-term relationships with clients. People who can speak more than one language, particularly Spanish or others, are strongly urged to apply.

Charges

  • Talk to possible customers to find out what kind of protection they need and then make the right suggestions.
  • Do sales tasks outside of work to find new business possibilities.
  • Through great customer service, you can build and keep strong ties with clients you already have.
  • Look at information about clients to find the right insurance goods.
  • Talk to clients about the policy’s terms and conditions to make sure they’re happy.
  • Keep up with changes in the insurance business and the rules that govern it.
  • As required by HIPAA, keep correct records of all contacts and deals with clients.
  • Work with your teammates to meet sales goals and improve performance as a whole.

What You Need

  • It’s best if you have proven experience in insurance sales or a similar area, like store sales or outside sales.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to talk to a wide range of customers in a clear way.
  • Being able to speak more than one language, especially Spanish, is very helpful.
  • Skilled at figuring out what a client needs and suggesting the best insurance options for them.
  • Excellent communication skills are needed to help people talk about policies and close sales.
  • It’s helpful to know about HIPAA rules, but it’s not necessary.
  • Depending on state laws, you may need a legal insurance card.
  • Help us give our clients the best service and support possible, and you’ll have the chance to advance your job in the insurance business.
