Toyota Insurance Management Solutions (TIMS) and AutoNation have partnered to sell and service innovative auto insurance products to consumers, specifically focusing on telematics-enabled, usage-based insurance (UBI).

What will you do as an agent with us?
- Engage customers at key touch points during their visit to the dealership.
- Quote and sell all Property & Casualty lines of insurance.
- Meet the needs of the customer and provide exceptional customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide quotes and submit applications based on acquired risk information and customer requirements.
- Use knowledge and selling skills to build value in the products tailored to the customer, converting opportunities into sales.
- Advise prospects and policyholders on coverage, including coverage limits, features, and benefits of the policy.
- Service and build upon current policyholder relationships, resulting in policy renewals.
- Support the complete services of the dealership: automotive sales, service, and collision repair.
What are the requirements?
- Insurance sales experience: 5 years preferred; 2 years required.
- Must hold an active Property & Casualty license.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the desire to interact with customers.
- High-level organizational skills that reflect in the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Confidence and a self-starter that works well independently and with a sales team.
- Excels at customer service and verbal/written communications.
This position pays $20 an hour plus commission. The average compensation for this position is $5,000-$15,000 per month.
