This is a great chance for an experienced insurance agent or someone who has been successful in the past and wants to have a satisfying job.

Brightway wants you to be great as an experienced sales rep, so they will give you the best sales and lead creation training, as well as help and guidance from the company’s top sales reps. You will get to know people in your area and build connections with them in order to sell Brightway Insurance goods, such as life, home, business, and auto insurance.

What you need to do:

  • Using direct sales methods to sell auto, home, umbrella, and business insurance to people.
  • Finding potential customers by using tried-and-true lead generation methods for new business.
  • helping people who are looking for insurance and people who already have insurance by giving them personalized advice based on their needs.
  • Building and keeping work connections.
  • Above and beyond sales goals for the amount of good new business quoted and written according to company policy.

Required skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales setting is a plus.
  • Diploma from high school
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Shown ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • To do well in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous workplace, you need to be organized and know how to handle your time well.
  • The ability to think critically in order to fully grasp intricate details of coverage and insurance rules.
  • People who hold this job must get and keep up-to-date state P&C insurance licenses.
