As part of Bayview Asset Management, we’re looking for qualified insurance agents to sell home, auto, storm, and flood insurance from top companies like Nationwide, Travelers, Safeco, Stillwater, and more. - Your job is to use a lead management system to make direct sales calls.
- Use an ACD phone system to handle incoming sales calls.
- Cross-sell other types of business to make the most of your chances.
- Use a scoring method to give accurate quotes for home and car insurance.
- You can fill out and sign policies right on provider websites.
- A “One Call Close” should be your goal in every sales conversation.
- An business management system lets you keep track of and handle all of your contacts with clients.
Required skills:
- The web Minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps are needed. An Ethernet link is also needed.
- Training: Finish a four-week online course and pass the Practical Skills Application Assessment, which checks how ready you are to deal with customers on your own; failing this test could affect your job standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to quickly learn new systems (experience with Applied Epic is a plus), and good communication, sales, and marketing skills are all skills that are needed.
- Attributes: Pays attention to details, is results-driven, and puts customer service first.
- Education: You must have a high school education.
- At least two years of experience selling property and casualty insurance is required. Working in a call center is an added bonus. At least one year of outbound call marketing is also needed.
- Active property and casualty insurance license (for example, in AZ, FL, or TX).

Timetable:
Training times are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. EST.
Pay and perks:
- Pay: $21.53 an hour plus a monthly fee that can go up to any amount you want. The ability to make $44,782 to $108,490 a year.
