The bare necessities are:

  • This is a job in an office. Candidates must live close enough to our Dayton, OH – South office that they can easily get to work.
  • 2 or more years of experience working in sales and meeting goals
  • Ability to find your own leads through networking and marketing
  • Within 60 days of being hired, be able to get a Property and Casualty License and a Life License.
  • Can learn new computer tools and do more than one thing at once
