We want an honest Insurance Agent to join our team. There is no base pay; this is all compensation. The best candidate will be in charge of helping clients with insurance issues, looking at market trends, and clearly explaining insurance choices to clients. This is a chance to work on fee.
*Duties*
- – Sell insurance to people who might be interested in it
- — Look at what insurance clients need and offer plans that meet those needs
- – Do a good job with sales management tasks
- —Talk to clients clearly to explain their insurance options
- – Call possible buyers to get in touch with them through telemarketing
- – Give great customer service during the whole sales process
- — Help clients manage their benefits benefits
- – Be able to speak two languages, preferably Spanish, to help a wide range of customers (not needed).
*Experience*
- – You don’t need to have sold insurance before.
- – Good people skills and skills for talking to others
- – Able to look at and understand different types of insurance
- – Being able to speak English and Spanish well is a plus
- – It would be helpful if you had experience with sales or customer service.
