  • Learn how to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Give great customer service and keep them coming back.
  • Be self-driven and dedicated to making your business successful.

Qualifications:

  • Sales knowledge is a must.
  • Being able to get and keep property and casualty and personal lines insurance
  • Know how to use computers and be good at organizing
  • You need a high school education, but a college degree is recommended.
  • Background check and drug test were both passed.
  • Have a legal driver’s license and a good record of driving.
  • At the time of hire, show proof of car liability insurance.
