Summary of the Position:
We are looking for self-generating Sales Representatives to work as Insurance Sales Agents right now. Your main goal will be to build and maintain consultative partnerships with businesses, company owners, and individual customers. It will be your main goal to give each client complete insurance and perks solutions that are made to fit their wants.
Most Important Duties:
- Actively find new leads and build relationships by networking and reaching out to people.
- Meet with clients in person to figure out what insurance and perks they need.
- Give advice and suggestions based on your knowledge about many types of insurance, such as health, disability, life, dental, vision, and more.
- Work well with your internal teams to give clients the best service and help possible.
Required skills:
- Before, they had to work in sales, ideally in a business-to-business setting, like direct sales or account management.
- Shown drive and desire to be a business.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Being able to do well in a fast-paced, changing setting.
- Willingness to get the necessary licenses (rebate and help given) if they aren’t already qualified.
- Candidates must be able to work in an office, from home, or out in the field, showing that they can change to different work settings and meet client needs well.
