Duties: Overview

You handle renewing current insurance policies when necessary and also provide quotes and finalize new policies for homes, cars, boats, and more.

Basic Requirements

  • You need a valid Florida 440 or 220 property and casualty insurance license. You should have at least five years of experience in providing quotes, writing, and handling insurance for homes, cars, and boats.
  • Knowledge of Florida areas.
  • Being familiar with the AMS360 running system is helpful.

KEY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Additional tasks may be given.

Re-market current policies when needed. This can happen if the policy is not being renewed, if there is a big increase in the premium, or if the client asks for it. Collaborate with the retention manager to keep our goal of retaining 92% of existing policies.

  • Get quotes and set up new plans.
  • Inform new and current clients about the insurance business.
  • Offer additional products to current clients when you are promoting their existing plans again.
  • Keep adding suitable people to the friend awards program.
  • Collaborate with the referral awards team to finalize new leads.
  • Plan carefully to add new carriers as needed, making sure we have access to the best providers accessible.
  • Set and keep track of goals like managing the backlog, quick response to quotes, and timely follow-ups.
  • Quickly enter all new policies into AMS 360 and make sure they are fully completed so the CSR team can easily take over.
  • Build and keep a good bond with important buyers.
  • Help the CSR team whenever needed.

Qualifications:

Personal Insurance Producers are sales workers who work outside the office. They focus on creating new sales for personal insurance and other OneGroup products. Their aim is to grow and keep their list of clients while meeting sales and service goals, focusing on providing high-quality insurance options to clients.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate expert selling skills and product knowledge in all areas and across other company services to provide clients with effective displays of insurance solutions.
  • Present ideas to clients in a helpful way that focuses on their needs and the best insurance options for them.
  • Create and follow a business plan that meets set sales goals.
  • Regularly review current clients and show that you can manage their needs well to encourage more business and leads.
  • Create and keep a list of potential clients by getting recommendations, making phone calls, meeting people to talk to them directly, sending mail and emails, and connecting with others.
  • Keep clear records of all sales and potential customer activities, including sales calls, demos, finished deals, and follow-up actions.
  • You can gather specific information about clients to prepare quotes for underwriting, price, and presentations. You can also smoothly pass new accounts to the client service team.
  • Follow all company rules, processes, and ethical standards. Make sure all rules and regulations are followed and that all corporate policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Give quick and detailed quotes to possible new clients.
  • Follow up quickly on all quotes received, be a closer!
  • Get new clients by providing insurance options like flood and storm coverage.
  • Keep adding referral partners.
  • Take time outside the office to build ties with your current referrals.
  • Collaborate with the referral awards team to finalize new leads.
  • Plan carefully to add new carriers when necessary, as it’s important to have access to the best carriers accessible.
  • Set and keep track of goals like managing the backlog, quick response to quotes, and timely follow-ups.
  • Please submit your weekly numbers every Monday morning by 10:00 am.
  • All new policies are put into AMS 360 on time and are full, making it easy for the CSR team to take over.
  • Keep in touch with important people.
  • Help the CSR team whenever needed.
  • Do other tasks as needed.

Min: USD $22.60/Yr. Max: USD $33.93/Yr. Additional Job Details:
Hours: 40 M-F

Salary will be based on your experience, with the possibility of a yearly raise based on performance.
