DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Find chances to make money and work on them to build your book of business.
  • Actively participate in neighborhood groups and use those as sources of power.
  • Get along with leads and clients quickly.
  • Find out what the client’s risk is and suggest the best insurance products. This will make you a real risk expert.
  • Talk to customers, the account management team, and airline partners in a clear way.
  • Attendance that you can count on.
  • Helps with other tasks related to the job as given by the boss.

ITEMS YOU KNOW, CAN DO, AND ARE ABLE TO DO:

  • Know how to use and buy insurance goods and services.
  • Knowing how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Agency Software is important.
  • The ability to talk to customers and coworkers in a polite and professional way.
  • The ability to do more than one thing at once and work with others.
  • Being able to sell insurance goods.
  • The ability to be precise, organized, and pay close attention to detail at work.
  • Being able to use a desk, a counting machine, a copy machine, and other office tools is important.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least a high school education.
  • The right insurance licenses.
