Taking place

Looking for a driven P&C certified agent to be the face of insurance at a full-service real estate, mortgage, and insurance marketing center in Westminster, CO. We are Direct Insurance Services. This job will be full-time and in-person, but there is a chance that it could become mixed if the tasks are done well. Relationships in the marketing center will bring in leads, and the person is urged to make more connections and find reference partners. People with a strong base will have an unlimited chance to earn extra income.

Our goal

To get more business by successfully using these sales techniques: making customers happy by answering questions, making suggestions, addressing and fixing problems, using consultative selling based on value instead of price, being smart with technology and automation tools, and learning a lot about products. Key parts of this job are selling recommended leads that come in, cross-selling to current clients, and building strong relationships with realtors and lenders.

Carrying out

Build up a good P&C book of business and close more than 30% of leads.

  • Follow the agency’s basic standards when you’re writing new business.
  • Find risks and chances for getting more insurance lines.
  • Prepare and show insurance plans quickly and well.
  • Always be learning—get good at insurance and sales, and learn a lot about the products you sell.

Strong relationships should be built and kept.

  • You will be the insurance face of an office that does loan, real estate, and insurance all in one. Building connections with the people who work in the opposite office is a key part of doing well in this job.
  • To become a client or customer’s first choice provider, get to know them on a personal and business level.
  • Get known as the person to talk to about insurance both inside and outside of work.
    Ask for and get recommendations.

Daily and administrative tasks

  • Take applications and answer questions from customers, partners, and prospects
    Find P&C insurance goods, give quotes, and sell them.
  • Follow the agency’s rules and processes to manage and update its systems.
  • Get applications signed, payment made, insurance bindered, and all UW needs met.
  • Talk to the quality inspection and senior teams
  • Marketing in person and on social media

Review of Performance

Expectations will be made clear, and the leadership team will meet once a month to go over key success measures.
