You might be a good fit for Progressive’s insurance salesman job if you like helping people and do well in a fast-paced workplace. You’ll be able to work from home and focus on building connections with customers through a lot of incoming calls. No cold calling, and you won’t get paid extra for it! You’ll help people with their specific needs, teach them about their coverage choices, and show them goods that are available that meet those needs. We will give you the technology and tools to make the sales process easy, so you can focus on the customer. Just bring your current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license. Progress has a Customer Care team where you can use your skills in customer service, communication, and planning to advance your job.

This job can be done from home, but the ideal candidate will live in Florida.

There are also jobs that require both English and Spanish.

Conditions that must be met

  • Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license that is still valid
  • At least two years of work experience in the field.
  • [OR] At least two years of schooling after high school

Two-language People who speak both English and Spanish are urged to apply: Able to read and speak English and Spanish well

It starts in February or March 2025.

Timetable: This is a full-time job. The majority of plans will include a mix of weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training is over.

Needs for a work-from-home office

  • Set aside a place to work that is quiet and free of other distractions
  • You pay for high-speed internet unless the law says otherwise.
  • You must use a cord to connect the computer that was given to you to the router or modem. You cannot use a wifi link.
  • You need to connect all of the Progressive gear you get to a power protector.

Getting paid

  • $21.50 an hour
  • Gainshare will give you a yearly cash bonus equal to 8% to 16% of your qualified earnings, depending on your role, based on how well the company does.
  • Plus an extra 10% if you work nights or weekends
  • Reward based on performance
  • Extra $1.00/hour if you can speak English and Spanish well and are hired for a bilingual job.
