Duties

• Engage in outside sales to promote our products and services to potential clients.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
• Market products effectively to reach target audiences and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to enhance sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
• A strong understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
• Experience in benefits administration is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader clientele.
• Proven ability to analyze client needs and market products accordingly.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
