Job Summary

I’m Siedah Dunn, a Registered Nurse and licensed financial and retirement strategist. I help people rewrite their monetary stories. Having worked in the healthcare field for several years, I have witnessed the financial and emotional struggles that families go through in life’s most trying times. This has given me the drive to continue teaching people how to regain control of their financial futures.

I work for an FMO- a Financial Marketing Organization in the Washington, DC area. Through strategies like annuities and Index Universal Life Insurance (IUL), we teach families how to grow their wealth, protect their income, and retire with peace of mind. But we don’t just stop there—We’re building a team of visionaries who want to empower others while creating their path to financial freedom—visionaries who are hungry enough to want to change their lives and impact the lives of others. We’re looking for someone open to a part-time opportunity where they can make an excellent income and have the ability to transition to full-time when they choose to. Duties

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Engage in retail sales and insurance sales activities to promote products and services.
  • Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach out to prospective clients and generate leads.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administer benefits information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of client data.
  • Collaborate with team members in outside sales efforts to expand market reach.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends related to insurance products.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus, ensuring compliance in all dealings.
  • Excellent telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration processes is beneficial for providing comprehensive support.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $73,879.00 – $94,786.00 per year
