Summary of the Job
We want someone who is self-motivated and has a business drive to join our team. The best person for the job will have to go through our training program and be coached on how to teach clients and the community about money and finances. They will also have to sell insurance policies, give great customer service, and build long-term relationships with clients. You will look at what your clients want and give them financial options that are specifically made to meet those needs. This job is perfect for people who are great at communicating and have a lot of business sense.
Charges
- Sales and Marketing: Actively bring in new clients through our training, networking, connections, and outreach (please note that we do not buy leads or call people cold). Create and use marketing plans to bring in new customers.
- Consultation with the Client: Talk to clients about their insurance needs and suggest different types of coverage.
- Policy Management: Make and show insurance plans, talk to clients about policy benefits, and help them choose a policy.
- Customer service: Always be there for your clients and help them with things like claims, insurance changes, and renewals.
- Compliance: Make sure that all sales actions are legal and follow business rules.
- Keeping Records: Keep exact records of all contacts with clients, sales activities, and policy paperwork.
- Professional Development: To improve your knowledge and skills, keep up with changes in the law, new goods, and business trends. You must have a current insurance license or get one within a certain amount of time after being hired. Taking the initiative to learn and grow professionally in the insurance field.
What You Need
- At least a high school diploma is needed, and a bachelor’s degree in business, banking, or a similar area is recommended.
- You don’t need to know anything about banking or insurance before applying; you just need to be willing to learn from others and get a tutor.
- Insurance card that is valid (or the desire to get one). Our team gives you the training and tools you need to get your license. It’s possible to do this in one to two weeks.
- Strong people skills and the ability to talk to others.
- Being able to get along with people and earn their trust.
- self-driven and goal-oriented.
