In this role, you can build your business while helping clients achieve financial security through personalized asset preservation strategies. As an independent agent, you will have access to our mentors who will teach you our proven strategy and provide comprehensive training and support to maximize your earning potential via split business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being a Business Owner:
  • Run your practice like a business.
  • Establishing ‘good habits’ to be successful.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
  • Having something to say
  • Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and providing ongoing support.
  • Needs Assessment and Policy Recommendations:
  • Assess clients’ financial situations and identify their life insurance needs.
  • Recommend suitable life insurance policies from various carriers to meet individual or family goals.
  • Sales and Policy Management:
  • Present and explain policy options, benefits, and costs to clients.
  • Manage the application and underwriting process to ensure timely policy issuance.
  • Provide ongoing policy reviews and offer updates or adjustments as clients’ needs evolve.
  • Marketing and Business Development:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and grow your client base.
  • Leverage social media online.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in insurance sales and outside sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing and customer service best practices
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations
  • Experience in sales administration and marketing

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

  • Life Insurance License (Required)
