Join our team as an insurance agent at the Plymouth branch of Hemlock Insurance! We would love to talk to you whether you are new to the business or an experienced Advisor looking to make a change. Building a book of business will be possible for you as an insurance agent while you learn from the best in the business.
What You’re Going to Do:
- Using a Trusted Advisor sales method to find new leads and bring them in.
- Follow our Sales Playbook and the best ways to sell Personal Lines and Commercial insurance.
- Take care of a list of leads that come in through our CRM.
- Build a strong network of marketing partners.
About You:
- In the past, you’ve done very well.
- You believe in yourself and are always looking for ways to get better.
- Without giving up your ideals, you want to do what it takes to be great.
- As a business owner, you want to make the world a better place and will always put your clients first.
- You can clearly explain things that are hard to understand.
- You can get a Property/Casualty Insurance License (and extra points if you already have one!)

If you work with the right carriers, you can really help your customers. You can start by talking to them about what services they need and then help them shop around to find the best carrier for those needs.

Full-time job
Pay: up to $100,000 a year
