What You Do: You’ll do the following as a licensed ACA health insurance agent:
Help your clients sign up for health plans that are in line with the Affordable Care Act and make sure they know what their options are under the law.
Give people and families unique needs tests to help you find the best plans for them.
Strong client ties can be built and kept by providing excellent service and building trust.
Meet and beat sales goals by being persistent, using direct selling, and putting the customer first.
Keep up with changes to the ACA, funding requirements, and plan improvements so that you can give correct information.

Base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses

Why are you a good fit? We’re looking for motivated salespeople who put the needs of their clients first and have the following skills:
Health insurance that works License and at least one year of practice selling or putting people in plans that are in line with the Affordable Care Act.
A lot of information about Marketplace/Exchange options and the requirements for subsidies.
Licensed in more than one state (recommended).
Being able to speak English and Spanish is a plus!
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to figure out what the client wants.
Professional skills in talking to people, keeping track of time, and getting things done.
tech-savvy and has used CRMs and virtual registration tools before.
A focus on growth and self-improvement in your work that guides your goal.

Expertise in signing up for the ACA and figuring out subsidies.
Strong understanding of the rules and trends in the health insurance business.
Being able to do well in a high-energy, results-oriented setting.
A strong desire to assist clients in understanding their health insurance choices.
