What You’re Going to Do:
- Learn the Ropes: Get hands-on training to learn about work perks and how sales work.
- Leads: Make connections with nearby companies and look for possible customers.
- Talk to your clients: Use a consultative sales technique to find out what the business needs and then suggest benefits options that fit those needs.
- Bring up ideas, deal with complaints, and close deals to get new business.
- Prepare for the future: Build up your client base and set yourself up for long-term income.
