About the Job
We want an eager and driven Entry Level Insurance Agent to join our busy team. This job is perfect for people who want to start working in the insurance business. As an Entry Level Insurance Agent, it will be your job to help customers with their insurance needs, give them great customer service, and help them improve their sales skills in a friendly setting.
What You Need to Do
- Help clients understand the different insurance services and goods you offer.
- Do administrative chores related to sales, such as keeping records on clients and handling applications.
- Utilize calling to gather leads and increase the number of clients.
- Communicate clearly with clients to work out terms and make sure you understand the policy.
- Look at the client’s needs to come up with the best insurance options.
- Work with more experienced agents to learn the best ways to sell insurance and help customers.
Required Skills
- Strong conversation skills and the ability to bargain well are important.
- A basic understanding of how sales work and what to do is required; having worked in sales before is an advantage.
- The ability to look at data and make suggestions based on what you know.
- Being able to speak both English and Spanish is highly desired.
- It’s helpful to know how to sell insurance, but it’s not necessary.
- To do well in this job, you need to have a good attitude and be ready to learn.

Pay: $75,000 to $125,000 a year
