What the job is
The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is in charge of making the business grow and reach its goals by selling and serving goods to new and current customers, such as Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance. This job helps walk-in customers, helps the office run smoothly, and promotes goods outside of work by making marketing calls and visits.

Most Important Duties:
- Ends sales of insurance and related goods successfully.
- Meets and beats sales goals by selling new products, cross-selling, and keeping customers.
- Uses relationships in the community (natural market) to keep building a sales pipeline. Also, being involved in your community to create multiple reference sources and centers of influence (car dealerships, local events, community groups, etc.).
- Start calling your established target customer group to tell them about your products.
- Keeps an eye on the company’s main competitors in the local market and suggests actions that could help it do better in the market.
- Plans, sets up, and oversees marketing and sales processes in order to meet output and growth goals with the help of Direct Sales Leadership.
- Delivers the best results possible within the right parameters, such as quality, amount, timelinesss, productivity, customer happiness, and financial performance; all while following all rules, procedures, and standards set by the boss.
- Knows about, supports, and stays up to date on company screening guidelines, statements, and notes that explain how policies and procedures are changing.
Takes payments from customers, prints receipts, and checks cash drawer records of earnings.

Experience between 0 and 2 years (Preferred)
P&C license (preferred) or must get the license within 90 days of starting work for the company.

Getting paid
The pay range for this job is $15.87 to $19.86 an hour, depending on experience and skills.
