The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first person a customer talks to at Classic Collision.
What You Need to Do
- Taking incoming calls
- Making calls to other people
- Getting and checking information that is used to make schedules.
- Getting to know people and showing that you care about them.
- The act of putting facts into a database
- Getting angry or furious people to calm down.
- Giving ideas on how to make Standard Operating Procedures better.
- Talking on the phone and through email with both internal and external users.
- juggling between different parts of your job.
- Taking on extra duties when they’re needed.
Required Skills
It’s best to have a high school diploma or GED.
Collision experience as a customer service rep, receptionist, or insurance agent, ideally in a high-volume inbound and outbound setting where they had to enter data during calls. Attention to detail, the ability to do more than one thing at once in a busy workplace, good speaking, writing, and listening communication skills, and being on time and able to show up for work every day. Good computer skills: CCC, web-based apps, and Google Maps Type 3 wpm Being able to adjust to a work world that is growing and changing all the time. As a key part of our team, you will work with both internal and external customer service workers to give our clients the best service possible.
