What You’re Going to Do:

You’ll be the link between the company and the customer as a Customer Service Rep. You will be able to take responsibility for fixing customer problems, complaints, and questions in a way that makes them happy. This means that customer happiness should guide every choice you make and action you take.

  • Organize and handle a lot of incoming calls quickly
  • Finding out what buyers want, making information clear, researching every problem, and offering answers and/or other options
  • Listening carefully to calls, as needed, to confirm or explain information and calm down any upset customers
  • Fast connections; builds and uses client relationships to its fullest. Being able to teach and guide customers on which goods are best for their needs

What a Great Match:

Being able to speak English and Spanish is a plus.

  • Worked in sales or customer service
  • Get your high school diploma or GED
  • Having the ability to get to know sales people
  • Great at following up and doing more than one thing at once
  • Professional with high goals who is driven by the chance to move up
