We are looking for Personal and/or Commercial Insurance Producers who are driven and ready to join our team. The best person for the job will have a history of sales success, great speaking skills, and a strong desire to do well in the insurance business. You will be in charge of finding new clients, building connections with them, and giving them expert advice on insurance goods and services as an Insurance Producer.

What you need to do:

  • Find and go after new sales possibilities by selling, networking, and getting recommendations.
  • Do detailed reviews of your clients’ insurance needs to find out what kind of security they need.
  • Present and talk to clients about their insurance choices, suggesting the best plans for them based on their specific needs.
  • Build and keep strong ties with clients to keep them happy and coming back.
  • Keep up with changes in the industry, rules, and products so you can give clients correct and fast information.
  • Work with your teammates to meet sales goals and improve the customer experience as a whole.

What You Need

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in the insurance business.
  • They need to have a legal Florida insurance card.
  • Very good at talking to people, negotiating, and getting along with others.
  • Strong customer service skills and a desire to build lasting connections.
  • A willingness to work both alone and with others in a fast-paced setting.
