Payment: $70,000 to $100,000 a year at plan

Required skills:
The ability to understand what people want and how much money they have
Being able to teach people how to plan ahead for the future and give them financial help so that they are ready for bad things that may happen in their lives
Help clients reach their long-term financial goals by giving them personalized ways to do so.
Building ties in order to help each family member or person achieve financial freedom
Being able to build a financial or insurance business by making professional connections and looking for new clients
Giving people compassionate and understanding advice when bad things happen in their lives
Having a clear goal of building and keeping long-term ties with clients. This will build trust and keep the group together over time.
