What You’re Going to Do:
- As an insurance agent, your main job will be to sell nonstandard car insurance to both new and old customers.
- To meet or beat sales output goals, you need to get new business and keep the business you already have.
- Build ties with current buyers to meet the agreed-upon output goals and bring in more business.
- All cash deals must be accurately recorded, and payments must be sent to the bank on time with scanned proof using the agency management system.
- Fast connections; builds and uses client relationships to its fullest. Being able to teach and guide customers on which goods are best for their needs
What a Great Match:
- A license for Personal Lines or Property and Casualty is desirable, but not necessary.
- Being able to speak English and Spanish is a plus.
- Worked in sales or customer service
- Get your high school diploma or GED
- Having the ability to get to know sales people
- Great at following up and doing more than one thing at once
- Professional with high goals who is driven by the chance to move up
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
