We’re looking for Customer Service Agents to work with us in one of our Connecticut offices right now. We have offices in Avon, Enfield, Fairfield, Mansfield, and Southbury, all in Connecticut. The person who gets this job should have knowledge with personal lines of insurance and a property and casualty license in Connecticut.
As the face of the firm, the Customer Service Agent will deal with customers, coworkers, the public, and the business world as a whole. Give help and guidance on new and/or extra insurance needs, describing coverages and policy types. Find risk exposures and qualify possible customers. For all customers, keep up with both a screening renewal review process and a marketing renewal review program. Be the first person customers talk to about making claims and getting information about them assigned. Answer basic questions from customers.

A Connecticut Property & Casualty insurance license is needed for this job, and experience in the Personal Lines insurance business is a plus. You need to be good at sales and customer service.
They should be able to communicate well with others, both orally and in writing. We need someone who can work on their own and with others.
