ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Ryan Hill is looking for a strong Producer who can spot opportunities and turn leads into long-term relationships with customers. You know a lot about insurance goods and industry trends as a member of our insurance and financial services team. This lets you talk to clients directly, figure out what they need, and sell them products or services that give them the most value. You might also be able to help our service come up with tactics and set goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Find new customers, set up meetings, figure out what they need, and promote the right goods and services.
  • Set promotion goals with the agent and make sure they are met.
  • Hold on to your strong work ethic and a complete dedication to success every day.
  • Work with the rest of your agency’s staff to build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

  • Experience in sales (either outside or inside sales, store sales, or calling) is recommended.
  • Must have a history of meeting sales goals and targets.
  • Being able to connect to a person well
  • License for property and casualty
  • License for life and health

GOOD THINGS:

  • After 3 months, you can get your license back.
  • To start the process, you need to finish two tests: the CTS Sales Profile and the Learning Style Survey.

The knowledge we get from these tests is important, and we will use it to make decisions. It’s best to carefully follow the directions and be honest when you answer the questions. Make sure you do them when you’re not busy or distracted and can finish without being interrupted.

It will take you between 40 and 60 minutes to finish these tests.
